Spiced Pecans

Ingredients

• 1 lb pecans (3.75 cups)
• 1 egg white
• 1 tbsp water
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tbsp salt

Directions

1. Beat egg white and water until foamy. Stir in pecans until well coated.
2. Mix dry ingredients and add to pecans, coating well.
3. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 225° F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
