  1. Combine sugar, butter, and milk in large saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly for about 4 minutes, or until the temperature reaches 234 degrees F
  2. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted
  3. Add marshmallow creme, nuts, and vanilla and beat until well blended
  4. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and cool at room temperature
  5. Cut into squares and serve
