Crepes
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine eggs and salt. Gradually add flour alternately with milk, beating with electric mixer until smooth. Beat in butter
- Refrigerate batter for at least one hour. Cook on upside-down crepe griddle or in traditional pan
Notes
- This is a thicker batter. You may want to add 1 - 2 Tbsp of milk or water for thinner crepes in a traditional pan
- Makes 30 - 35 crepes
