  1. Mix water, powdered milk, oil, honey, yeast, and salt.
  2. Beat with electric mixer. Add flour to make a sticky dough.
  3. Mix with fork and knead 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.
  4. Roll into a ball and place on greased pan to rise for 90 minutes or until it doubles in size.
  5. Pinch the dough into 3 loaves and knead.
  6. Place in bread pans and let rise for 40 - 60 minutes or until double in size.
  7. Bake at 350° for 30 - 35 minutes.
  8. After removing from oven, turn on tap to a drizzle, and quickly run cooked loaves under the water once.
  9. Wrap in towel and allow to cool.
