Bread
Ingredients
- 4 cups warm water
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp yeast
- 4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar or honey
Directions
- Mix water, powdered milk, oil, honey, yeast, and salt.
- Beat with electric mixer. Add flour to make a sticky dough.
- Mix with fork and knead 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Roll into a ball and place on greased pan to rise for 90 minutes or until it doubles in size.
- Pinch the dough into 3 loaves and knead.
- Place in bread pans and let rise for 40 - 60 minutes or until double in size.
- Bake at 350° for 30 - 35 minutes.
- After removing from oven, turn on tap to a drizzle, and quickly run cooked loaves under the water once.
- Wrap in towel and allow to cool.
