Bacon Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 small onion - chopped
- 1 to 2 tsp garlic
- 1 to 3 tbsp basil
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- 1 lb spaghetti
- Parmesan cheese to taste
Directions
- Cook bacon and set aside. Reserve 1 tbsp of grease.
- Add onion, basil, garlic. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until tender.
- Add undrained tomatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Chop bacon. In a separate bowl, mix bacon and parmesan cheese.
- Add cooked spaghetti to onion-basil mix. Toss.
- Add bacon and parmesan cheese. Toss.
